The Bazi, zodiac, and I Ching materials are atmosphere for writing. They are not fortune-telling, medical advice, legal advice, or a promise about wealth, health, love, or any future event.

Generated characters are model-written drafts. Confirm every character with a professional tattoo artist before it is inked. FateInk is not responsible for spelling, style, or cultural choices made on skin.

You may keep and use the ink you receive for personal, non-trademark purposes. Do not submit other people's birth data or wishes without their consent. Do not use the service for illegal, hateful, or deceptive ends.

Accounts, if created, are for your own use. We may rate-limit, refuse, or remove requests that abuse the model or the site. The service may change or pause without notice.

FateInk and Xima Digital provide the site as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the copy, the chart, or downtime.
